COVID-19 Update – Orders & Shipping

There are currently just a small number of countries we are unable to ship to as some international shipping routes are closed. There are also some other countries where deliveries are still experiencing delays. However, on the whole we are operating as normal and we will advise customers when they place an order if we are unable to ship to them.

Our main warehouse in Carlisle in the UK is fully operational and under strict social distancing and hygiene measures within our facility.

We are still accepting orders through and our customer service team are available and can be reached by using our contact form.

For event and bulk orders please use our contact form as normal to reach our customer service team.

Our books are still available through Amazon and other online retailers but for individual retailers you will have to check with them directly if they are still receiving and shipping orders.

You should also check with postal and delivery services in your country and region to find out about any disruptions and delays as circumstances can still change with little notice.

N.B. At this time eBooks are a great option for accessing our books and avoiding some of the logistical challenges caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
