Lynette Pearson

Lyn Pearson is an ABC (Australian Born Chinese) currently living with her family in Australia. She trained in medicine and development and has a master’s degree in theology; she is currently enrolled in the Peace Studies programme of AGST (Asia Graduate School of Theology). Until recently Lyn worked with the International Leadership Team of Interserve. She continues to serve with Interserve and works part-time as a family practice doctor. She is an ordained Anglican minister in the Diocese of Melbourne, Australia. While living overseas, Lyn worked in community development and theological education. In the late 2000s, she served in a national team that helped pioneer TEE in Central Asia. From 2010, she has worked as an Increase Equipper with national TEE programmes in SE Asia and diaspora TEE development in Australia and New Zealand. In the Increase Association she also serves on the Executive Team as Partnerships Coordinator and on the Diaspora Task Group.
