Helen Fernandes is an occupational therapist and a public health and development specialist with TEAR Australia. Helen has experience in health, community-based rehabilitation, and social inclusion projects in Africa (Niger, Nigeria), South Asia (Nepal and India), and South East Asia and the Pacific (Timor-Leste, Papua New Guinea). Her current roles include working with TEAR’s partners on organizational development and heading up TEAR’s work and learning in mental health.
