Norman Franklin C. Agustin is the current Executive Director of LingapPangkabataan, Incorporated (LPI) or “Care for Children,” a non-profit faithbasedsocial development organization established in the Philippines in 1981.Agustin has more than twenty years of experience in community developmentwork. He started as a youth volunteer of the National Council of Churches in thePhilippines (NCCP) during his college days where he facilitated the organizingof ecumenical student ministry groups in four colleges and universities inMetro Manila. He graduated with a BA in Political Science and completed hisMaster’s degree in Public Management at the Ateneo School of Government.
